Closing another gap: PolyGen Powder/CPG Filling Station

The first succesfull installation of the Polygen CPG Filling Station in Europe

• Up to 12 independent reservoirs could be used with different materials
• Storage capacity of each vessel may vary from 10ml up to 50 ml (bigger volumes possible on request)

• Any non-static free flowing powdery material
• E.g. Standard CPG Material (ACGT, 500 Å, 1000 Å or modified)

• Approx. 20 mm³ up to 80 mm³ per pass – lower or higher on request
• Multiple passes for each reservoir possible

• Download of filling parameters (e.g. sequence, filling amount)
• Data transfer via Import/Export function (SQL/Oracle or others are possible)
• Coding via transponder and barcode reader
• Connection via Ethernet, serial port or USB 2.0 possible
• Operation as stand-alone device possible (Windows CE 5.0)

• Prevention of inaccurate filling
